Adding plants inside your home or apartment is a great way to bring the outdoors inside. Not only can this do wonders for your mood, but it can also help to purify your air and beautify your space. This type of indoor plant loves to climb using its aerial roots. You can stick a wooden post in the pot to help it along. Devil’s Ivy likes bright, indirect sunlight, and it only needs to be watered when the soil is dry.
This indoor plant will give your home a bit of tropical flair. Keep the soil moist but not soggy, and make sure the pot drains well. The leaves of this plant are toxic, though, so take care if you have children or pets at home.
Known for its large, glossy leaves, this plant lets you know what it needs. If the leaves start to yellow, your plant is getting too much sun. Water as soon as the top few centimetres of soil have dried out.
